Robert Griffiths, President After running his own carpentry contracting business from 1978 to 1982, Bob was the key employee for a Main Line builder where he managed field operations, estimating, contracts, and projects for 10 years. He found Griffiths Construction in 1992.
Wayne Rowland, Vice President With 6 years of cabinet-making experience, Wayne joined a Malvern builder that specialized in architectural residences and renovations. In his 15 years of experience there, his responsibilities included sales, estimating, sub-contractor negotiations, client relations, and job management. He became a principal of Griffiths Construction in 1994.
