John and I can’t thank you enough for all of your hard work that has made our new home incredibly special. We never worried about the house being well built with your tremendous attention to detail and willingness to go far beyond the extra mile to make everything the very best it can be. A few of the many, many examples of your diligence is the length you went to get the best pecky cypress in the family room and the exactly “right” finish on the doors in the house, as well as the “right” finish in John’s office/dressing room. I’m sure most contractors wouldn’t have gone to such extremes for a client. We’re also very appreciative of your tremendous thoughtfulness. What a wonderful surprise to see a beautiful Christmas tree and flowers throughout the house, not to mention the food and beverages with which you stocked the house. I suppose the two most obvious words to describe Griffiths Construction are professionalism and integrity. These are important words but somehow they seem to fall short of the mark. Stephanie and I just read the article in the most recent County Lines magazine about a house that you designed and built in the “Provence” style in the French and Pickering area of Chester County. It is absolutely beautiful! What stood out most however, was the owners description of their experience working with you. It was identical to how we felt when we had our house built 20 years ago and continue to feel to this day. A joy, from start to finish. The author could have been interviewing us and we would have said the same things. I think that this says an enormous amount about you all. Not only your obvious skill in what you do, but your commitment to do your best for your clients, your integrity and sense of responsibility. This is very special and something that you should forever be enormously proud of.

I feel qualified to say you have truly mastered the art of “delighting this customer”. The quality of the work, the thoroughness of the preparation, and the attention to detail with the project management each have far exceeded our experiences and expectations. The only problem now is that as the project is drawing to a close, we don’t want the relationship to end.

I wanted to write this letter to let you know how pleased our Church community has been with the recent project…to refurbish the exterior of our Church offices…housed in Church Hill Hall which dates back to the late 1880’s.
