FAQ's

Q. Does GCI have a sample home or development underway?

A. We are not spec, builders, and do not therefore have product or land for sale. We specialize in executing the plans and specifications provided by Architects on privately owned properties. However, through our strong relationships with Architects, realtors, and Conservancies we can make arrangements to facilitate acquisition of those services as well as land. When required we can consult, assist or even handle completely the process of land acquisition, subdivision and design.

Q. What size jobs does GCI entertain?

A. Generally $200,000.00 and up. We will mobilize a superintendent whose time will be dedicated to a clients individual project only. We do not budget any of their time on additional projects, therefore the project must warrant a full time supervisor.
